Kickin' It at the Barn

"Kickin' It at the Barn" is a studio album by American rock band Little Feat, released in 2003. This album, the first of the bands' to be self-produced, is named after the band's own recording studio where it was recorded, a place they affectionately referred to as 'The Barn.'

The album is a blend of various styles including rock, blues, country, and jazz, showcasing the band's broad musical range. It is the ninth and final studio album featuring original band member and drummer, Richie Hayward, before his passing in 2010. Key tracks include "Night on the Town," "Stomp," and "Rag Mama Rag."

Little Feat, originally formed in 1969, is famous for a uniquely eclectic style that draws from rock, blues, R&B, country, folk, soul, and jazz fusion elements.
