Pleasure Death

"Pleasure Death" is an extended play (EP) by the Northern Irish rock band Therapy?, released in January 1992. It was the band's second EP and was released through Wiiija Records. The album helped to solidify Therapy?'s early reputation in the alt-rock and punk scenes of the early 1990s.

The band, formed in 1989, consisted of Andy Cairns (vocals, guitar), Fyfe Ewing (drums), and Michael McKeegan (bass). "Pleasure Death" captures their aggressive and intense style, characterized by a fusion of punk, noise rock, and metal influences. The raw production and intense energy found on the EP are emblematic of the band's sound during this period.

The EP consists of tracks that address themes of alienation, societal pressures, and emotional turmoil. Noteworthy tracks include "Skinning Pit" and "Potato Junkie," the latter becoming a notable part of their live performances with its memorable chorus.
