Rosenrot

Rosenrot is the fifth studio album by German Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein, released in October 2005. It's notable for its diverse range of influences from heavy metal to electronic music. The album's title Rosenrot translates to "Rose-Red" in English.

Regarded as a sequel to the band's previous album, Reise, Reise, most of the tracks were crafted during the production of that album but were too good to ignore and thus were used to make Rosenrot. The album contains 5 singles, namely "Benzin," "Rosenrot," "Mann Gegen Mann," "Spring" and "Wo Bist Du."

The album is rich in its lyrical content, tackling a variety of themes including desire, fairy tales, sin, and love. Rammstein, being known for their theatrical elements, used this album to create a cinematic soundscape, engaging listeners with both groundbreaking music and brilliantly crafted lyrics, often inspired by classical literature and folklore.
