Not Too Late

"Not Too Late" is the third studio album by American singer-songwriter Norah Jones, released on January 30, 2007, through Blue Note Records. It is mainly a pop album with jazz influences. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, making it Jones' third consecutive number one album.

Unlike her previous albums, "Not Too Late" features a few controversial and political themes. Comprising thirteen tracks, the album is Jones' first record for which she wrote or co-wrote every song. She wrote most of the album with her songwriting partner Lee Alexander, with whom she wrote songs from the previous albums as well.

"Not Too Late" was met with positive reviews. Critics appreciated Jones' creative growth, especially commenting on the depth of her lyrics and the risks she took with her sound. The songs on the album possess melancholic and moody melodies, with themes touching on love, heartbreak, and world issues.

The album’s big single, “Thinking About You,” was noted for its pure and gentle rhythm, becoming a successful hit.
