The second single, "Gets Us All in the End," reached No. 20 on the Mainstream Rock chart.

One of the album's tracks, the instrumental "Escape," earned Beck the Grammy Award for Best Rock Instrumental Performance at the 1986 Grammys, marking the first of many such awards in his career.
