Time on Earth

"Time on Earth" is the fifth studio album by Australian rock band Crowded House. Released on June 30, 2007, it was the band's first album following their reunion in 2006. The album marks the band's return after a lengthy hiatus of nearly 14 years and the iconic lineup underwent certain changes. Founding members Neil Finn and Nick Seymour were the only constant members on this album along with Mark Hart, who joined the band in 1993.

Lyrically, the album carries a significant emotional weight as it is regarded as Neil Finn's tribute to former bandmate Paul Hester, who tragically ended his own life in 2005. This sense of loss and melancholy reverberates through several tracks on the album.
