See Jungle! See Jungle! Go Join..

"See Jungle! See Jungle! Go Join Your Gang Yeah, City All Over! Go Ape Crazy!" is the debut studio album by English new wave band Bow Wow Wow, released in October 1981 through RCA Records. The album marked a significant moment for the band following their split from EMI Records, with new A&R head Bill Kimber at RCA guiding their direction.

To support the album, Bow Wow Wow opened for notable acts like The Pretenders and The Police in the U.S. and Queen in Europe, enhancing their exposure. They also toured Japan with Madness in 1982.

The album was reissued by Cherry Red Records in 2010 as a two-disc set titled See Jungle! See Jungle! Go Join Your Gang / B-Sides, which included various non-album tracks, notably their hit single "I Want Candy." In 2018, Cherry Red released a comprehensive three-disc box set, Your Box Set Pet (The Complete Recordings 1980–1984), featuring the album and additional bonus tracks. A limited edition 180g green/yellow marbled vinyl pressing was also released in 2022.

The album cover, photographed by Andy Earl, controversially reinterpreted Édouard Manet's Le Déjeuner sur l'herbe, featuring lead singer Annabella Lwin, who was only 14 at the time. This provocative imagery led to public outrage and an investigation into child pornography initiated by Lwin's mother, resulting in a different cover for U.S. releases. Despite the controversy, the original image was later reused for their follow-up EP, The Last of the Mohicans.
