"Days" is the second studio album by the American indie rock band Real Estate, released on October 18, 2011, through Domino Records. The album showcases the band's signature blend of indie rock, jangle pop, and dream pop, clocking in at 41 minutes and 25 seconds.

The album was recorded over five months in a barn in New Paltz, New York, under the guidance of producer Kevin McMahon. One track, "Out of Tune," was recorded separately by Jarvis Taveniere in Brooklyn. After recording, the album was mastered by Greg Calbi at Sterling Sound in New York City. The lead track, "Easy," was accompanied by a music video directed by Tom Scharpling, which premiered on Funny or Die.
