Lost Paradise

"Lost Paradise" is the debut studio album by the British gothic metal band Paradise Lost, released on February 5, 1990. This album laid the groundwork for the band's future development and the genre blend that they would come to be known for, fusing elements of doom metal with death metal influences. The album features heavy, slow guitar riffs paired with growling vocal styles, typical of doom and death metal fusions prevalent at the time.

Recorded at The Academy in West Yorkshire, the album was produced by Hammy, who was also the head of Peaceville Records, the label that released the album.
