"Henryk Górecki: Symphony No. 3 (Symphony of Sorrowful Songs)" or "Out of Season" is a collaborative studio album by vocalist Beth Gibbons, known for her work with Portishead, and bassist Paul Webb, under the pseudonym Rustin Man, formerly of Talk Talk. Released in the UK on October 28, 2002, and in the US on October 7, 2003, the album showcases a departure from Gibbons' trip hop roots towards a folk sound with jazz influences. Drawing inspiration from artists like Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, and Nick Drake, Gibbons and Webb craft a collection of songs that delve into introspective themes with haunting melodies and emotive vocals.

The album features contributions from Gibbons' Portishead bandmate Adrian Utley and Webb's former Talk Talk bandmate Lee Harris, adding depth and texture to the music. The opening track, "Mysteries," gained additional recognition through its inclusion in the soundtracks of the French film "Les Poupées Russes" and Wim Wenders' "Palermo Shooting" in 2008.

"Out of Season" received critical acclaim for its atmospheric soundscapes and Gibbons' captivating performances, earning a silver certification from the BPI.
