"Innocent Victim" is the eleventh studio album by the English rock band Uriah Heep, released in November 1977. Despite not charting in the UK or the US, the album achieved significant success in Germany, where it sold over 100,000 copies. It also performed well in New Zealand and Australia, reaching No. 19 and No. 44 on their respective charts. The single "Free Me" became a hit, peaking at No. 3 in New Zealand and South Africa, and No. 9 in Australia. It remains Uriah Heep's only Australian hit.
The album's cover features the eyes of drummer Lee Kerslake used as part of a snake design, while the US version of the sleeve features a live photomontage. Innocent Victim was remastered and reissued in 1997 with two bonus tracks, and later in 2004 as an expanded deluxe edition that included three live tracks from the band's 1979 European tour.
