Poco

"Poco" is the second album by the American country rock band Poco, released in 1970. This album marked the band's transition with Timothy B. Schmit joining as the new electric bassist, replacing Randy Meisner. One of the standout tracks, "You Better Think Twice," penned by Jim Messina, became a signature song for the band, showcasing their harmonious blend of country and rock influences. Notably, a copy of this album is displayed in the Poco exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, alongside Rusty Young's jacket from the back cover. The album is dedicated to David Geffen, who is credited with helping the band during a challenging period, symbolized by the dedication "picked up the pieces."
