"Human Being" is the third studio album by British singer Seal, released in 1998. The album's title track was inspired by the late rappers Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G. It received mixed reviews, with some critics criticizing its dark and moody tone, while others praised it as "pop perfection." Although it didn't achieve the same level of commercial success as his 1994 multi-platinum album Seal, it became a fan favorite.
One of the notable tracks from the album, "Lost My Faith," was remixed and used during the closing credits of the 1999 film Entrapment. The song’s music video features Seal integrated into scenes from the movie, alongside actors Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
The album’s cover art, which features Seal in the nude, was photographed by French fashion photographer Jean-Baptiste Mondino.
