"Run with the Pack" is the third studio album released by English supergroup Bad Company. The album was launched in February 1976. It achieved high commercial success, peaking at number 4 on Billboard Top LPs & Tape and at number 5 on the UK Albums Chart. The album includes two cover songs, "Young Blood" originally by The Coasters and "Sweet Lil' Sister" by Mott The Hoople.
For the recording process of the album, the band moved to France, providing a different background and creative environment for the members. As per production, "Run with the Pack" captured a harder yet smoother rock and blues essence, which was an evolution from their previous hard rock sound.
Despite critical commentary suggesting a lack of original development within the band's style, the unit's third installment managed to attain Platinum status. Similar to Bad Company's preceding albums, the title track also became a staple of classic rock radio.
Today, the album holds its significance as another testament of Bad Company's impact and contribution to the rock music scene during the mid-1970s.
