"Live It Up" is the tenth album by American folk rock supergroup Crosby, Stills & Nash, released on Atlantic Records in 1990. It was the group’s fourth studio album and peaked at No. 57 on the Billboard 200 album charts.
In terms of background, "Live it Up" was released at a time when the members were struggling with personal and health-related issues. Stephen Stills and Graham Nash were battling substance use issues, while David Crosby was recovering from a liver transplant. Consequently, the album was criticized for not involving all three members equally. Notably, Crosby only contributed to a few songs.
The album's music ventured away from the group's traditional folk rock style and incorporated electronic and synth elements.
