The Hollies

"Evolution" stands as the inaugural release of two albums put forth in 1967 by the British pop-rock ensemble, The Hollies. This record marked their sixth album in the UK and managed to reach a respectable peak at number 13 on the UK Albums Chart, demonstrating the band's enduring popularity and musical evolution. Decades later, in 1978, Parlophone Records opted to reintroduce the stereo version of "Evolution" alongside the albums "Butterfly" and "Confessions of the Mind". This reissue not only revitalized interest in The Hollies' earlier work but also provided fans with an opportunity to delve back into the band's musical journey during this period.
