"Domino" is the twelfth studio album by the British new wave group Squeeze, released in 1998. After a series of struggles with various major record labels, the band chose to release Domino independently under Glenn Tilbrook's own Quixotic Records. For this album, core members Tilbrook and Chris Difford were joined by three new members: drummer Ashley Soan, bassist Hilaire Penda, and keyboardist Christopher Holland, who is the younger brother of Jools Holland.
The album was created in a rushed environment and was met with negative reactions from critics. Both Difford and Tilbrook later expressed dissatisfaction with the album, describing it as a weak effort. They attributed this to time constraints and increasing tensions between the two main songwriters. In the wake of these difficulties, Difford opted not to participate in the 1999 tour due to concerns related to his battle with alcoholism. After the tour, Squeeze disbanded, and Domino became the band's first album not to chart in the UK Albums Chart.
