"Imposter" is the third collaborative studio album by English singer-songwriter Dave Gahan and the electronica duo Soulsavers. Released on November 12, 2021, by Columbia Records, the album also produced one single. This album marks Gahan's fifth studio album overall and Soulsavers' seventh.
Imposter consists of cover versions of various rock songs, recorded live in Malibu, California, in November 2019. Clash rated the album 9 out of 10, calling it a significant and important work in Gahan's career, akin to Johnny Cash’s American series in terms of its long-term impact on his legacy.
