Mudhoney

"Tomorrow Hit Today" is the fifth studio album by American rock band Mudhoney, released on September 22, 1998, by Reprise Records. Despite its low initial sales of just 11,000 copies, the album marked the band's last release with a major label. While maintaining their signature grunge sound, the album introduces noticeable garage and blues influences. Its title references the track "When Tomorrow Hits" from their self-titled debut. This was also the final album to feature bassist Matt Lukin. The album was available on CD through Reprise, with vinyl releases via Superelectro Sound Recordings, and even gained a cassette release in the Philippines. To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Tomorrow Hit Today was re-released on blue vinyl in 2018. In 2020, it was included in the 4CD box set Real Low Vibe: Reprise Recordings 1992-1998.
