"Behind the Lens" is the tenth studio album by British singer Paul Young, released on May 5, 2023.
Paul Young, born on January 17, 1956, is an English musician, singer, and songwriter who rose to fame in the 1980s as a solo artist after fronting several short-lived bands. He became a teen idol with hit singles like "Love of the Common People" and "Every Time You Go Away," and his debut album *No Parlez* reached number one in the UK. Known for his soulful voice and blue-eyed soul style, he won the Brit Award for Best British Male in 1985. Young participated in major events like Live Aid and the Nelson Mandela 70th Birthday Tribute, and later performed with Queen at The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert. Since the mid-1990s, he has also performed with his band Los Pacaminos.
