"And Now... The Runaways" is the fourth and final studio album by American rock band The Runaways, released in 1978. This album marks a departure from their previous hard rock sound, shifting towards a more New Wave and Punk rock style.
The album saw the band's line-up reduce to just three core members - Joan Jett on rhythm guitar and vocals, Lita Ford on lead guitar, and Sandy West on drums. Vicki Blue also joined the band as the bassist, replacing Jackie Fox.
"And Now... The Runaways" is also notable for the increased songwriting contributions of Jett and West, unlike the previous albums where most songs were written by the band's manager, Kim Fowley, and other external songwriters. The album only spawned one single, "Right Now", and didn't achieve the same level of commercial success as their previous albums.
Despite the band disbanding shortly after the album's release, its members continued to have successful careers in rock music, particularly Joan Jett and Lita Ford. The album today is seen as an important piece of the band's short but influential career in the late 70s rock scene.
