New Order

"Live at the London Troxy" is a live album by the British rock band New Order. It was released in December 2011, exclusively on Vinyl. The album is a complete live recording of the band's concert at the Troxy in London, which took place in December 2011. The performance marked the group's return to live performance after a brief hiatus. At the Troxy, New Order, widely known for their fusion of post-punk and electronic dance music, performed numerous tracks from their extensive catalog. The setlist included iconic pieces like "True Faith," "Blue Monday," and "Love Will Tear Us Apart," the latter being a nod to their Joy Division roots. Upon release, the album was generally well received, many appreciating the opportunity to experience the energy of New Order's comeback performance. Despite the absence of original bassist Peter Hook, surviving members Bernard Sumner, Stephen Morris, and Gillian Gilbert, along with additional musicians Phil Cunningham and Tom Chapman, succeed in delivering an immersive and nostalgic musical experience.
