"Heart On" is the third studio album from American rock band Eagles of Death Metal, released on October 28, 2008. Lead singer Jesse Hughes described the album as "EODM's latest fabulous weapon, a top-secret music missile, a sonic warhead sexually tipped for her pleasure, shot from the deck of USS EODM Mantastic Fantastic." The album was mastered by Brian Gardner at Bernie Grundman Mastering.
On September 12, 2008, Pitchfork Media shared new details about Heart On, including the album cover and track list. The first single, "Wannabe in LA," debuted with a music video on the band's MySpace, featuring Hughes in a Pin Art display reminiscent of the Nine Inch Nails video for "Only." An alternative version of the video, dubbed the "standard version," features only Hughes and was directed by Liam Lynch.
Ahead of its release, the entire album was made available for streaming on the MuchMusic website on October 21.
In terms of commercial performance, Heart On debuted at No. 57 on the Billboard 200 and No. 21 on the Top Rock Albums chart, selling approximately 10,000 copies in its first week. By September 2015, the album had sold 50,000 copies in the United States.
