Orange Juice

"The Orange Juice" is the third and final studio album by Scottish post-punk band Orange Juice, released in 1984. The album's title is a tribute to The Velvet Underground's eponymous third album. It was issued with a free 12" single featuring extended versions of several tracks on the cassette version, which was the most widely sold format of the album. The album was re-released on CD in 1998 and again in 2014. During the promotional tour for The Orange Juice, frontman Edwyn Collins would often dedicate the song "I Guess I'm Just a Little Too Sensitive" to Morrissey. The album marks the band's final studio release before their breakup.
