"Darkadelic" is the twelfth studio album by British punk rock band The Damned, released on April 28, 2023, via earMUSIC. It marks the only appearance of drummer William Granville-Taylor, who replaced Pinch in 2019. The album blends the band's gothic roots with psychedelic influences, aiming for a '70s-inspired sound under producer Thomas Mitchener.
Guitarist Captain Sensible and Granville-Taylor carefully arranged the songs, drawing inspiration from The Beatles' meticulous compositions. Vocalist Dave Vanian emphasized a guitar-driven approach. Most tracks were previewed during their April 2023 UK tour.
