Motörhead

"March ör Die" is the tenth studio album by the British rock band Motörhead, released in August 1992. It marked the band's second and final album with WTG Records. During the recording of the album, Motörhead underwent significant changes. Longtime drummer Phil Taylor was fired early in the process, leading to veteran drummer Tommy Aldridge stepping in to complete the album. This transition marked a notable shift in the band's lineup dynamics. "March ör Die" also featured several guest appearances, adding to its appeal and diversity. Ozzy Osbourne, a legendary figure in heavy metal, contributed vocals to the track "I Ain't No Nice Guy." Slash, the guitarist from Guns N' Roses, also made an appearance on the album, adding his distinctive guitar work to several tracks. Despite the notable guest appearances and the talent involved, "March ör Die" received mixed reviews from critics and fans alike. The album's sound experimented with different elements while retaining Motörhead's signature hard rock and heavy metal style. However, it did not achieve the same level of commercial success or critical acclaim as some of the band's earlier albums. Following "March ör Die," Motörhead would continue to evolve their sound and lineup in subsequent releases, maintaining their reputation as one of the most enduring and influential bands in the rock and metal genres.
