"Icon" is a compilation album by the American southern rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd, released on August 31, 2010. The album features a selection of the band's greatest hits. It was certified Gold by the RIAA on November 12, 2015.
Lynyrd Skynyrd's Icon collection was released as part of the Icon series by Universal Music Enterprises (UMe), which includes compilation albums from major artists across rock, pop, R&B, and country genres.
The Icon album is available in two formats: a standard one-disc edition and a two-disc edition titled Icon 2. The two-disc edition includes additional content such as a live track and rarities, alongside other singles from the band.
