"Hate Your Friends" is the debut album by American alternative rock band The Lemonheads, released in 1987. Produced and released by the Boston-based indie label Taang Records, the album was also licensed for simultaneous release by several other labels worldwide. It showcases the band's early sound and punk roots, capturing the raw energy and DIY spirit of their formative years.
