L7

"Hungry for Stink" is the fourth studio album by the band L7, released in July 1994 under Slash Records. The album reached number 117 on the Billboard 200 chart and peaked at number 2 on the Heatseekers Albums chart. One of the notable tracks from the album is "Fuel My Fire," which was inspired by the Cosmic Psychos song "Lost Cause." This track gained further recognition when it was covered by The Prodigy on their 1997 album "The Fat of the Land." According to reports, the album's title, "Hungry for Stink," was derived from an advertisement the band saw in Bear Magazine, a publication catering to the big hairy men community within the gay culture.
