AC/DC

"Fly on the Wall" is the tenth studio album released by Australian hard rock band AC/DC. The album was released on June 28, 1985, by Albert Productions and Atlantic Records. Written by band members and brothers Angus and Malcolm Young, the album was viewed as a venture back to their original hard rock roots. Unlike their previous releases, "Fly on the Wall" was self-produced by the band. While not as critically acclaimed as some of their other albums, it managed to achieve platinum status in the United States. The album features 10 tracks including "Fly on the Wall", "Shake Your Foundations", and "Sink the Pink". It also spawned a series of music videos which were compiled into a home video also titled "Fly on the Wall". These videos featured a storyline with the band playing at a bar while various shenanigans were happening. Despite mixed reviews from critics, "Fly on the Wall" has proven to be a solid addition to the discography of the legendary rock band and has subsequently gained more recognition in retrospect.
