"Heaven & Earth" is the twenty-first studio album by the English progressive rock band Yes, released on July 16, 2014, by Frontiers Records. This album is notable for being the first to feature lead vocalist Jon Davison and the final one to include founding bassist Chris Squire before his passing in 2015. The band began working on the new material during their 2013 Album Series Tour, with Davison actively participating in the songwriting process by visiting the other band members' homes for collaboration. Producer Roy Thomas Baker, who had previously worked with Yes in 1979, was brought in to help with the production, along with future Yes bassist Billy Sherwood for mixing.
"Heaven & Earth" received mixed reviews from critics but achieved notable commercial success, reaching No. 20 on the UK Albums Chart, marking their highest chart position there since their 1994 album *Talk*. In the US, it peaked at No. 26 on the Billboard 200.
