"Full Moon, Dirty Hearts" is the ninth studio album by Australian rock band INXS, released on 1 November 1993. It was issued through East West Records in Australia and Mercury Records under Phonogram in the United Kingdom. Following its release, the band embarked on the Dirty Honeymoon world tour spanning 1993 to 1994.
The album features notable collaborations, including "Please (You Got That ...)" featuring vocals by Ray Charles. Although "Full Moon, Dirty Hearts" featuring Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders did not see a single release, "Please (You Got That ...)" became a notable track from the album.
For promotional efforts, the band's manager, Chris Murphy, coordinated the filming of music videos for every song on the album. Despite being on a modest budget, twelve videos were produced, each directed by emerging Australian directors.
The Japanese edition of the album included a cover of Steppenwolf's classic "Born to Be Wild," recorded specifically for the launch of Virgin Radio in the UK in April 1993.
