This album marks Snoop Dogg's third release under Death Row Records, following a 26-year gap since his previous album Tha Doggfather (1996). It features guest appearances from prominent artists like Nas, T.I., Nate Dogg, The Game, and Wiz Khalifa, among others, with production contributions from Battlecat, Hit-Boy, and DJ Green Lantern.
