"Live in Europe" is the first live album by American rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival, released in 1973. The album captures performances from the band's 1971 Pendulum tour and is notable for featuring the band as a trio following the departure of Tom Fogerty.
Despite John Fogerty's strong objections to its release—stemming from ongoing disputes with Fantasy Records over his songwriting rights—the album was issued anyway. In a 1973 interview, Fogerty expressed that he would never perform a Creedence song again, believing it would only benefit the record label. He maintained this stance for nearly 20 years, refraining from playing the band's classic songs until later in his career.
