"Mondo Bizarro" is the twelfth studio album by the American punk rock band Ramones, released on September 1, 1992, by Radioactive Records. The album's title is a misspelled version of "Mondo Bizzarro," meaning "Weird World" in Italian.
This album marked the debut of C.J. Ramone as the band's new bassist, replacing original member Dee Dee Ramone, who still contributed as a songwriter for this album and subsequent releases.
In addition to original tracks, "Mondo Bizarro" also includes the Ramones' cover of the Spider-Man theme song. Originally released in 1992, the album was reissued in the UK by the Captain Oi! record label on August 10, 2004, with the Spider-Man cover included as a bonus track.
"Mondo Bizarro" showcases the Ramones' signature punk sound and continued their legacy in the punk rock genre, albeit with a refreshed lineup that included C.J. Ramone.
