"Absolute Garbage" is a greatest hits album by American rock band Garbage, released worldwide on July 23, 2007, through Warner Music imprint A&E Records. In North America, it was released the following day by Almo Sounds, Geffen Records, and Universal Music Enterprises. This compilation arrived during the band's hiatus after a brief reformation for a benefit concert earlier that year.
The album features remastered versions of 16 of the band's singles, presented in chronological order. A notable addition is "Tell Me Where It Hurts," a new track recorded specifically for the compilation and released as a single. Absolute Garbage was made available both as a standard CD and as a special edition that included a bonus disc with remixes.
Additionally, a DVD accompanied the release, containing 16 of the band's music videos. It also featured an hour-long documentary titled Thanks for Your Uhh, Support, which includes backstage footage, behind-the-scenes material, archive live performances, and interviews covering the band's career up to that point.
