"The Will to Live" is Ben Harper's third album, released in 1997. It reflects his ongoing folk style while incorporating more rock elements. Although the Innocent Criminals played on the album, they were not credited. A special bonus CD accompanied the album in some countries. It featured "Faded," Harper’s first and only UK Singles Chart entry.
