"World Outside" is the seventh studio album by the English rock band the Psychedelic Furs, released on July 1, 1991, by Columbia Records in the US. The album includes the single "Until She Comes," which reached No. 1 on the US Modern Rock Tracks chart in September 1991. "Don't Be a Girl" was released as the second single from the album.
World Outside marked the band's continued exploration of their distinctive rock sound, blending elements of post-punk and new wave with more polished production. This album would also be the last studio release by the band before their long hiatus, which ended in 2000.
