"Who Cares a Lot? The Greatest Hits" is a compilation album by American rock band Faith No More, released on November 24, 1998, in Britain and Europe by Slash Records and London Records, and in North America by Slash Records and Reprise Records on December 8, 1998. The album was issued following the band’s breakup in April 1998. A companion video album, titled Who Cares a Lot? The Greatest Videos, was also released on video home system on February 23, 1999.
The compilation spans the band's career up to their breakup in 1998, including songs from all of their studio albums released through Slash Records (1986-1997). The first disc features 15 singles from the band's career, organized chronologically. This includes some of their most recognized hits and promo tracks. The second disc contains a mix of unreleased songs, B-sides, demos, and live recordings, selected by Slash Records rather than the band itself. Notable previously unreleased tracks on this disc include "The World Is Yours" and "I Won't Forget You".
On January 8, 2021, the compilation was re-issued as a phonograph record by Slash Records and Rhino Records.
