Placebo

"MTV Unplugged" is a live album by the English alternative rock band Placebo, released on 27 November 2015. Recorded on 19 August 2015 at The London Studios, it is part of the MTV Unplugged series and celebrates the band's 20th anniversary. The album features acoustic renditions of several Placebo songs, including some that had never been performed live before, such as "Bosco," "Jackie," and "Protect Me from What I Want." A distinctive element of the performance was the use of a qanun, a traditional string instrument purchased in Morocco. The concert also featured two guest musicians: Danish artist Broken Twin (Majke Voss Romme), who joined the band for a performance of "Every You Every Me," and American singer Joan As Police Woman, who duetted with Placebo's lead singer Brian Molko on "Protect Me from What I Want." The album was released in various formats, including CD, DVD, Blu-ray, vinyl, and a limited edition box set.
