Slowdive


"Slowdive" is the debut EP by the English rock band Slowdive, released in 1990 by Creation Records. The EP was well-received, garnering positive attention from the press. According to The Rough Guide to Rock, it was released to "rapturous applause." In a retrospective review, Andy Kellman of AllMusic described it as the band's weakest effort but still noted it as a solid collection of dreamy soundscapes and atmospheric textures, indicating a tendency toward mood-over-song structures. All tracks on the EP were written by Neil Halstead.
