"The Bridge" is the fifteenth studio album by British singer-songwriter Sting, released on 19 November 2021 through A&M Records, Cherrytree Music Company, and Interscope Records. It is his first rock-oriented album since 57th & 9th (2016). The album features the return of Branford Marsalis on saxophone and clarinet, and Manu Katché on drums, both of whom had previously collaborated with Sting on his earlier projects.
The album was written during a year marked by the global COVID-19 pandemic, personal loss, separation, lockdown, and widespread social and political unrest. These themes influenced the tone and content of the record, with Sting reflecting on the turmoil and disruption of the time.
The first single from The Bridge, titled "If It's Love," was released on 1 September 2021.
