Gorillaz

"D-Sides" is a 2007 compilation album by the British virtual band Gorillaz. The album consists of B-sides, remixes from singles, and bonus tracks from the band's second studio album, Demon Days, along with previously unreleased tracks recorded during the same sessions. It was released on 19 November 2007 in the UK and 20 November in the United States, available in both standard and deluxe editions. The Japanese deluxe edition featured three additional tracks and the video for "Rockit." D-Sides performed similarly to its 2002 predecessor, G-Sides, reaching No. 63 on the UK Albums Chart and No. 166 on the US Billboard 200 chart. The album's release was initially hinted at in an interview with Verbicide Magazine, where band members were asked about the possibility of a new remix album for Demon Days. They mentioned that it could involve the Spacemonkeyz and that there might also be another B-sides album like G-Sides. In January 2007, websites began listing a March release date for the album, which was later pushed back to April. However, in August 2007, the album title was confirmed to be D-Sides, with a final release date of 20 November. The official Gorillaz fan site confirmed the details in September 2007, revealing the album artwork and tracklisting.
