Tracy Chapman

"Greatest Hits" is a compilation album by Tracy Chapman, released on November 20, 2015. The album, her eighth studio album, includes tracks from Chapman's eight studio albums. Tracy Chapman is best known for her hit songs "Fast Car" and "Give Me One Reason", both of which are included on this album. This collection also features two tracks that had not previously been released on any of her albums, namely 'Stand By Me', a live recording from The Late Show with David Letterman, and 'Talking 'bout a Revolution', a 1986 recording from a radio station in Cleveland. The album was remastered by the Grammy-winning engineer David Glasser. Together, these songs highlight Chapman's unique voice, songwriting talent, and the social issues about which she is passionate. Despite no new studio albums since 2008, this Greatest Hits album shows why Chapman's music continues to resonate with audiences today.
