"I Think We're Alone Now" is the third studio album by the pop rock band Tommy James and the Shondells, released in 1967. The album produced three successful singles. The title track reached #4 on the Billboard Hot 100, while "Mirage" peaked at #10, and "I Like the Way" reached #25. The album also made it to #74 on the Billboard 200.
The original album cover featured a black background with two pairs of yellow bare footsteps, walking side by side and then facing each other near the top of the cover. This design was considered too controversial at the time, and the cover was later changed to a yellow background with a photo of the group.
