"The Magic of Boney M." is a greatest hits album released by Boney M. in October 2006 through Sony BMG. This compilation is an updated version of previous albums, including 1992's Gold – 20 Super Hits and 2001's The Greatest Hits. It features eighteen of Boney M.'s best-known hits from the 1970s and 1980s, along with a new remix of the 1976 single "Sunny" by German DJ Mousse T. and one new track featuring vocals from original lead vocalist Liz Mitchell.
The album is digitally remastered and includes both original recordings and overdubbed or remixed versions that were previously released on Gold - 20 Super Hits. It was reissued on March 18, 2022, with new artwork as a special "remix edition." This version replaces "A Moment of Love" with the 2021 remixes of "Rasputin" and "Daddy Cool," as well as a previously unreleased Spanish version of "Rivers of Babylon," titled "Rios de Babylonia."
